Why create a free account?
Creating an account is free. You can book as a guest without one, but an account keeps your Rip-n-Hit history in one place.
Parents booking for players
Parents can book for their players and see records that are securely linked to their account.
Trainers & coaches
Approved accounts can access trainer or coaching features when Rip-n-Hit enables them. Creating an account alone does not grant this access.
Teams & team coaches
Approved, authorized team managers can use team-specific setup or booking options when available. Team access is never granted automatically.
What a free account lets you do
- See bookings linked to your account, with date, time, and type.
- See the original charge, any discounts, payments, refunds, and the remaining balance for each booking.
- View payments made online and payments recorded at the counter (cash, card in person, check, or other).
- Download available billing history as a CSV.
- Keep your contact details in one place for faster account management.
A free account is not a membership.
Paid memberships include extra benefits that vary by plan. You do not need a membership to create or use a free account.
Free Account
Free to create. It organizes linked Rip-n-Hit activity and available billing history. Guest booking remains available.
Paid Membership
A separate purchase with benefits that vary by plan. Creating a free account does not start or purchase a membership.
Trainer, Coach & Team Permissions
Separate access that must be approved or enabled by Rip-n-Hit. Account creation does not grant these permissions.
What you will see — and what is not included yet
Your Billing & history page shows reservations and in-store purchases that are linked to your account. Only linked records appear.
Membership subscription charges are not currently included on the Billing & history page. Those are billed separately, and we are working to add them.
If you booked as a guest before creating your account, those visits are not linked automatically. Contact us so we can review and help link eligible bookings.
Common questions
- Do I need an account to book a cage?
- No. You can book as a guest. An account just keeps your history and balances in one place.
- Is an account the same as a membership?
- No. The account is free. A membership is a paid plan with extra benefits. Membership benefits vary by plan.
- Why is an older booking missing from my history?
- Bookings made as a guest before you created an account are not linked automatically. Contact us and we can review and help link eligible bookings.
- Can I change or cancel a booking from my account?
- You can view your bookings and balances. To change or cancel, contact us with your booking details.
- What if something looks wrong in my history?
- Contact us with the booking reference number and we will review it. Membership subscription charges are not shown on that page yet.
